Ingredients To Make Crispy Chicken Nuggets
- Boneless chicken (large bite size pieces) 400 gm
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil as needed for frying
For Batter Tast:
- Plain flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 3tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Method To Make Crispy Chicken Nuggets
- Marinate chicken in salt, black pepper, egg, milk and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
- For Batter: Mix plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt to make a thick paste with the help of water.
- Now heat oil, dip chicken pieces in batter and fry till crispy golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup
